My thoughts on this is that as we progress further down the food chain
the reviews are more likely to be in a quantity vs quality battle.  In
fact with these stats when someone all of a sudden jumps up they might
then get a few looks at there reviews.  Another thought would be to
each month or two have the sponsor verify at least one of the bugs of
each of there minions.  As a packager myself I would actually
appreciate this, keeps everyone in the loop on little changes by
packaging committee.
