New symbols in kernel 2.6.27.9-159

I am not being able to compile the latest alsa driver tarball
with the new F10 kernel.

Some new symbols just appeared,  and are causing problems, such as:

static inline ktime_t hrtimer_get_expires(const struct hrtimer *timer)

in include/linux/hrtimer.h

or

typedef unsigned __bitwise__ fmode_t;

in include/linux/types.h

Is this a 2.6.27 or a 2.6.28 kernel?

fmode_t is supposed to be defined in kernel 2.6.28 not in 2.6.27.
