What is this update for? What should the user expect from it, or what
should they test in it? Please fill in some details so that users will
be informed.

Also, seriously, why is this being submitted to go directly to stable,
on F8, a platform that is in it's last weeks of life?
Sine these updates do not come with many changes, and these packages
were stable enough during latest releases, I think these packages will
not
show any unexpected behavior.
But anyway, if you think that it's not appropriate, I will submit them
for testing.
