What is the purpose of this version bump (4.0.14 -> 4.0.15) in F8, which
only has a few weeks of lifespan yet.  There is no information in the
update request that would help users understand why they should consume
this update.  Please fill in some details, and consider whether the
update is suitable for Fedora 8.
