Dave, I tried taking a diff against current -git, but I get a lot of
new configs and I don't want the diff to suggest any other config
option. Here is the option we need to enable the memory resource
controller

CONFIG_CGROUP_MEM_RES_CTLR, it depends on CONFIG_RESOURCE_COUNTERS
which is already enabled.
