We have now got Indic rendering support in new emacs-23.0.60 cvs snapshot version which is yet not built in Fedora. I have done new emacs test build with Indic rendering support. For F11, you can download binary test rpms from http://paragn.fedorapeople.org/emacs-23.0.60/i386/ or you can even build binary test rpms for F10/F9 using http://paragn.fedorapeople.org/emacs-23.0.60/emacs-23.0.60-20081124.fc10.src.rpm.
Note:- This new emacs package build contains modified spec which is based on original spec written by coldwell(Fedora emacs package maintainer)
