FYI, KPackageKit does the exact opposite (at least the version now in F9
updates-testing).
This is a UI design decision, not a decision at the PackageKit level.
Different PackageKit frontends show things differently.
you know, we really need an abstraction layer above gnome-PK and KPK that
allows us to provide a unified, common interface to
installing/updating/etc pkgs. ;)
