It's not in Fedora 11 rawhide either.

I've done the devel build sometime back, when F-10 was already frozen and F-11 not yet forked (unless you asked explicitly I guess). So devel build went into F-10, which I scheduled for update as soon as bodhi was capable of that. I never did true rawhide build, but am doing it now.
