Hello, https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Policy/EncourageComaintainership is badly out of date. It doesn't incorporate changes corresponding with changes in infra (bohdi, packageDB, ACL) and more recent changes with provenpackager and packager split and corresponding ACL opening.
