If the bug is in RHL 9, and fixed in Fedora Core 1, then it can 
either be left open for now, in case it gets fixed in RHL 9 in 
the future, or it can be closed "CURRENTRELEASE" indicating "it 
is fixed in Fedora Core 1, and we have no plan of fixing it in 
RHL 9, please upgrade OS."
