This is an update

I have a VNC server running - part of the boot sequence.

When I log into VNC from a remote computer, it looks good and seems to stay
alive.

I played a complete Aisle riot (lost) and it was still up when I returned
to this machine (also remote).

Maybe a problmm with X on the console machine.
