OH yes, I do remember that warning.  However it seems it is not a backwards 
compatible change as the compile failed when I included that file instead.  
I guess I'll kick it to the vendor and have them fix it instead.  Thanks 
Arjan.

Now, if it need some files that aren't in include/scsi, where should I 
report this?
