/dev/hw_random

I've loaded the hw-random module on a rawhide system running the 2.6.8-1.525
kernel.

Any process that reads /dev/hw_random (rngd or even
"cat /dev/hw_random > /dev/null") is listed in "top" output as using 100% CPU
time though an strace of the process shows it to be blocked on a read
of /dev/hw_random.

My hardware is a Thinkpad T41p with a 1.7G Pentium-M CPU.
