OK, so how do I go from here?  Should I just submit all my patches to
bugzilla and wait?

- File against each component in product "Fedora Core".
- At the beginning of each Summary line say [PATCH] so it is really obvious that you are supplying a solution.
- Add Keywords EASYFIX and PATCH to each report.
- It would really help if you could also contact the upstream development team with your patch, as it makes it easier to maintain in the long run for all parties if upstream gets the fix for the next release.
