I don't know. Have you verified the MD5SUM against the iso MD5SUM
provided by Fedora?
If not - it could be anything ... :p
They claim (by the nature of the URL) that it is FEDORA REDHAT. Aren't
you concerned that someone may be misrepresenting that that it is REDHAT?
