Perhaps it is the same bug than :
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=80530

It seems it's append when the setting of the online raid device (set
with the autodetect feature of the kernel) mismatch the informations
write in the disk.

This can append if you move you raid partitions without updating raid
informations in the disk.

Check this with :
# lsraid -D -p
and
# cat /proc/mdstat

Use mkraid to update raid informations write in the disk.

Be *very* *very* careful.
