We previously used the Red Hat Bluejeans account, but when that was retired we needed a replacement. The main requirements were that it worked, different people could easily use the platform, and we had a preference for open source technologies. Fedora didn't have a video conference platform of its own, and openSUSE's Jitsi instance seemed to be the best option.
