https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lr8iMnuW6aw&t=627s There's a lot in this which one can argue with throughout, but... leaving that aside, here's the comments on Fedora: "Fedora has a super-smooth GNOME desktop. It's updated fast and constantly. It leverages Flatpak to distribute applications, and only its outdated and infuriating installer holds it back." Now, I don't think that's fair to Anaconda... but also, while we're going through a UX change for it, this is a chance to change that perception. -- Matthew Miller <mattdm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Fedora Project Leader _______________________________________________ desktop mailing list -- desktop@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to desktop-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/desktop@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
