[chris@f27h ~]$ sudo virsh dumpxml fedorauefi | grep suspend
    <suspend-to-mem enabled='no'/>
    <suspend-to-disk enabled='no'/>

That's in a default configuration created by virt-manager. I'm not
sure why it responds to 'systemctl suspend' goes black; and why
gnome-shell's initiation is ignored.
