Hi Paul,

I'm still putting together all the pieces of this. In general, the nature of the project as it is shaping up is that we'll be looking at changes to existing components rather than standing up new services, so there's going to be lots of coordination with different development teams to get in the changes we need.

I will be coordinating with Kate to figure out how best to track things and make sure they fit together at the Fedora releng level.
