I do apologize that this wasn't resolved in > time for beta before the freeze. :( To be clear, there is no blocker criterion at Beta for the wallpaper, so this will not be a blocker. That said, if it's ready in time, it's probably worth proposing as a Freeze Exception since it's very low-risk to pull it in and improved visual experience is always a plus.
