Hi everyone, I am happy to let everyone know that we got clearance today to start offering support for the AC3 audio codec in Fedora. Wim Taymans is currently looking into getting the right implementations chosen and packaged. We will also try to reach out to some of the 3rd party packagers out there to avoid the kind of conflicts we had with the mp3 package initially. The goal is to have it ready for Fedora 26.
