Through PackageKit-command-not-found, typing "git clone ..." on the
command-line will offer to install the package with that command.

I'm not sure that "git" is super-special here, installing it would be
part of installing your development environment, say, python virtual env
and a bunch of modules, or Atom and your node.js bundles.
