As long as there's no reliable data about how many users are affected
by this issue IMHO the whole discussion is bulls**t. I's guess the
majority of Firefox users get their addons from AMO and not from the
Fedora repos and only a minority of users is affected by this issue.
But that are only my 5 cent.

BTW: An other interesting fact would be to know if other distributions
got the same issue with Firefox and packaged addon and what's their
solution.
