Firefox is probably the most important desktop app in Fedora, so I
wonder whether the Workstation working group should voice its opinion

The workstation should not be shipping default browser but instead
either Gnome Initial Setup should present the end user with an browser
list to choose from ( Firefox, Chrome etc ) an install based on that or
an application called browser should present the end user with the same
choice on first run.
A live image without a browser? if you remove the default, then the live
image will not have a browser either. The Live CD browser become
obsolete very fast, unless it is a writeable image, but there are uses
for it
