As I understand it, it's a systemd 216 change and as such only affects
rawhide. F21 has systemd 215. No need to panic, not just yet :)

Also, rtcm and I both tried systemd timesyncd NTP support a month ago on
F21 and couldn't get it to actually sync or do anything useful while it
worked fine with chrony. It looked like the newer rawhide systemd 216
had a bunch of fixes in that area though. Some of those might have been
backported to F21 in the mean time, but I'd still prefer playing the
safe card here and sticking with chrony for F21 -- unless we get a
systemd rebase to 216 and are forced to change this, of course.
