Hello all.
I have updated the policy draft on the wiki.

I've reworded it and reordered it to look and sound more official, and incorporated feedback I got from all of you on this list.

I now consider it the final draft of the policy/guidelines.

It is now up to the WG to decide if this policy is approved (with our without changes).
