No, that's not Workstation, that's the Jam KDE spin, whatever that might be.

Latest Workstation image as of today is at
http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/1970/6821970/Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-rawhide-20140507.iso

You'll end up with a Rawhide system that can be updated as regular, with
yum / dnf / GNOME Software.
