Depending on how you look at it, we aren't.  We use the ext4 driver to
mount ext2/3 filesystems on all recent releases.

config-generic:# CONFIG_EXT2_FS is not set
config-generic:# CONFIG_EXT3_FS is not set
config-generic:CONFIG_EXT4_FS=y
config-generic:CONFIG_EXT4_USE_FOR_EXT23=y
