Yeah. Downloading the troublesome i686 rpms and installing them manually
lets the upgrade proceed normally. Should some sort of RFE be filed
against COPR for this?

Other than that, 3.12 from COPR works like a charm here.

# gsettings set org.gnome.shell disable-extension-version-validation true 

got some of my extensions to work, but some are still broken. I'll let upstreams know. 

I ran into an issue with a vala update. Bug filed:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1067782

I'll keep an eye out for any other breakages.
