User plugs in a btrfs disk and it get's mounted and users can create/copy/delete files without problem. various applications/tools support and can assist the end user should he hit a failing disk and or failing partitions encrypting a btrfs partition works etc. Basically not a full btrfs feature rich application support such as snapshoting etc.. just normal novice end user day to day actions that involves mounting external drives which have btrfs on them and create/copy/delete files and any tools that aid him in rescue/recover failing drives that he might encounter.
