Re: FC6, Compiz and IntelliJ (using Sun's 1.5.0 JDK)

Just to confirm, other Java Swing apps fail to render with Compiz. Tested LogFactor5, that ships with FC6 (in the log4j-1.2.13-3jpp.2 package). This has even been compiled to native binary with gcj.

Hi,

another problem when using Compiz (and again works fine when using Metacity) is that running IntelliJ (commercial Java IDE, www.intellij.com) with Sun's 1.5.0 JDK doesn't render (blank screen within the pane). Keyboard shortcuts work though. :S

Interestingly, other another Java GUI I tested (not distributed with Fedora) runs fine with Compiz/Sun JDK, but this one uses the SWT UI toolkit, which may make a difference.

Again, any known issues around Java Swing GUIs and Compiz?
