Sorry, I wasn't being clear.

Currently we only have it in the context menu of gnome-power-manager's
notification icon.  That's not really a great spot for it, so where
would a good spot for it be? The log out dialog isn't a good place for
it--when you suspend you aren't logging out.  Putting it in the
Action/System menu makes a lot more sense.  We just need a bug report
for tracking it.  If you want to write the report, that'd be great.
Otherwise I can do it...
