Well the problem is that DCC works for many, not for all. And this way, the
percentage of monitors that could be configured almost become 99%.

Because i always have a monitor or two that are not detected.
And if the .inf is used, could be created a way to progressively the new
.inf's were inserted in the MonitorDB.
