Nothing to debug, I have same just refresh. Connection to slow to get redirected.
Have spoken with infrastructure about this already two years ago nothing they can't do

Let's try to debug this a little. If you go to another Fedora Account
System (FAS) app, do you get the same type of login loop? E.g. try
logging into https://badges.fedoraproject.org - can you log in there, or
same issue?
