To clarify, have you created an account at admin.fedoraproject.org and logged in there?

when I go to https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issues to comment on a ticket, It says I am required to Login in order to comment. and when I try login in it just keeps on returning to the login fields which I have continuously inserted both username and password many times.
