Design team preps the wallpaper for release 2. Maintainers of affected packages like desktop-backgrounds prepare changes 3. All the updates (f<n>-backgrounds, desktop-backgrounds, plasma-workspace, others?) are issued in one Bodhi update together I'm not sure what privileges are needed to do #3 on this list but I'll ask around to find out how that works. If we can figure out hooking up #1 and #2 (maybe with help of the Fedora program manager?), that may make everything easier for all concerned next release. -- Paul W.
