I messaged Matthew off-list when he initially sent this out because of
some personal scheduling conflicts, but realize I probably should have
sent something out to the list at the same time to help coordinate. So I
apologize for a bit of confusion around the logistics of the
presentation thus far.
I would like to suggest that we figure out what we want to share with
the council by starting a discussion at our next meeting this coming
Tuesday, October 6 at 4 PM UTC. From there maybe we can coordinate
better logistically who can present and at what time. I just spoke with
Matthew briefly on IRC and he said could be possible to move the time of
the meeting as well (there isn't any way I could make the current slot,
for instance.)
Does that make sense?
