Some stuff is here [1]. Website development and planning is here [2]. I strongly suggest the use of same approach to get artwork done. Regular IRC meetings, maintaining a wiki for artwork, iteratively reaching a good design through discussions on ML and having well-defined deadlines should be done IMO. Start off with logo discussions and main design theme asap so that we can work.
