I think we're evely split between black and black gradient - I think we should go black gradient bc at the least Seth's pic was originally against a lighter background so the top lighter part of the gradient helps his photo blend in better.
The Xcf and svg sources are in the same dir the mocks are in. I won't be around until this afternoon my time; if anybody wants to start on the html/css feel free if not I'll do it then. All text should be text not image, in Cantarell.
