While I think the final announcement string is a good idea, when the user sees it, they might think that 'the cat' is referring to the Fedora product, and so could be interpreted as 'time to see if Fedora 19 is alive or dead' - this is what I thought anyway. Especially as the release name IS Schrodinger's Cat.
