I can use scribus to change it by myself.
But my request is like a suggestion.
If f19 livecd iso size is still larger than the maximum of a CD media could carry, I think we should consider whether the livecd design is necessary or not. IMO I think it's useless(maybe not for some people burn a CD iso into a DVD media).
