I have problems by myself, if I try to login via Firefox nothing happen, with an other broweser like opera or chrom* I can login using my FAS data.

Hi Arturo, and welcome!
I am pretty sure that the ticketing system uses your Fedora Account System (FAS) credentials, so be sure that you are using the correct account. Also, if you have only registered today, it sometimes takes a bit of time for accounts to be spread over to all the services. (In my experience, wait an hour or two, and try again).
