Having it in 3PM ET on Tuesdays means I might not be able to attend
every time (and most of the time I wouldn't be able to stay for the
whole meeting), but I don't want you to do reschedule a lot of things
just for me, and I'm quite sure the other design team member that
can't make it at 2PM ET  is more important than me, so, I'd prefer 3PM
ET on Tuesdays.
