Since you guys both expressed interest why not start out with the two of you and see how it goes? Maybe Vinz, you could take EMEA, Buddhika could take APAC, and you could both split the Americas? Some of the stuff you'll want to think about: - What FUDcons are upcoming and do they have the resources they need? (Samuele is covering the needed signage/designs for Milan I think, There is an APAC FUDcon under discussion now, right?) - Any upcoming non-FUDcon events in the Ambassadors queue across regions that might need help? - Any tickets in our ticket system for Ambassadors that need to be taken care of?
