Anyway for example: http://fedoracommunity.org We handled it at a very granular geographic area for that site to avoid any political upset and it hasn't seemed to cause any issues. RE: the keyboard image... yep, it works like that today. It updates the labels on the keys and the layout to reflect what you chose. You can give it a whirl: System > Preferences > Keyboard then hit the 'Add' button on the layouts tab. It's not easily-discoverable, but the keys even light up when you press them (you have to click on the image first though.)
