That over-simplifies the situation, although I agree the fact it's not
simple is unfortunate.  (Thanks, US export laws.)

Content on subdomains of fedoracommunity.org (like
zz.fedoracommunity.org) is considered community content we don't have to
patrol, as long as we're pointing to hardware we don't maintain and
simply providing a DNS entry.  That was one of the reasons we were able
to offer them in the first place.
