So is no need to debug , only add wget in your script .
This will solve the issue or add some "need to have fedora13-countdown-banner-ro.svg
from http://inkscaper.fedorapeople.org/Fedora13/countdown-banner/source/fedora13-countdown-banner-ro.svg in the same folder with the script"
