This is a result of the brain when you look too much.
And 10 sec is too long ...

I put on the desktop when I did the first time.
I've tested it.

Hi,
This light is not on focus. It is an illusion of high-speed motion and I am not sure that this is appropriate for a desktop.
Take a look at it for 10 sec. and say honestly whether your eyes feel comfortable.
