All the people fucking up with the climate change (I mean the coal and oil producers and their users) do not have the slightest idea what they are doing and if they fuck up the climate system of the Earth how they will manage to fix it.

I think the criteria there *with* Mo's observations are pretty much what
we are using as a basis. Most of it is probably what we had already in
mind before that email.

I think it can be useful if we transpose the result of that email
conversation to a wiki page, which ca eventually be updated if the need
arise.
